On Windows, an error message appears between installing JamVOX USB Driver.
Can JamVOX Monitor be used on Windows 10?

Unfortunately JamVOX Monitor is no longer available on Windows 10.

The installation is sometimes failed on some specific PC environments on WIndows XP to 8.1. Please try the following procedures in such cases.

Windows XP:

  1. Open Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager
  2. Right-click JamVOX Monitor in “Sound, video and game controllers”
  3. Click “Uninstall” from the shown menu
  4. If “delete driver software for this device” checkbox is displayed, check it
  5. Click “OK” button to uninstall the driver
  6. Disconnect JamVOX Monitor
  7. Re-install JamVOX USB Driver

Windows Vista:

  1. Open Control Panel > System and Maintenance > System > Device Manager
  2. Right-click JamVOX Monitor in “Sound, video and game controllers”
  3. Click “Uninstall” from the shown menu
  4. If “delete driver software for this device” checkbox is displayed, check it
  5. Click “OK” button to uninstall the driver
  6. Disconnect JamVOX Monitor
  7. Re-install JamVOX USB Driver

Windows 7/8:

  1. Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > Device Manager
  2. Right-click JamVOX Monitor in “Sound, video and game controllers”
  3. Click “Uninstall” from the shown menu
  4. If “delete driver software for this device” checkbox is displayed, check it
  5. Click “OK” button to uninstall the driver
  6. Disconnect JamVOX Monitor
  7. Re-install JamVOX USB Driver
